Services
We are a team of bilingual English/German speaking real estate agents, located in Greenville, SC, licensed in South Carolina and are specialized in German speaking countries.
Like in the US, real estate agents in Europe are working locally, usually specialized in one area or city. Most of them provide their real estate services in their city or county only, for the most part do not offer buyer services and the listed properties are not included in one single system, like the MLS system in the U.S.. Searching for a property therefore means that you have to browse through reams of websites and contact each single agent for each single property separately.
Therefore it is nearly impossible to find an European agent working as a buyers agent, accross borders or in several different areas of Europe. To ease your real estate search in Europe, we started a very special European real estate service. We will find the suitable, English speaking agent for you locally, and we will advise and walk with you through the whole searching and buying process.
Consulting Services
For our US customers, we will look up an European agent who speaks your language and/or is specialized in the specific area or real estate you are looking for. When you agree to work with this European agent, we will refer you to him. After connecting you, we will collaborate with the European real estate agent, but foremost we will consult you, advise you and guide you through the European real estate purchasing process until closing. When you are working with the European agent we reffered to you, our Consulting Service is free.
Scouting Service
In a large-scale search across several cities, counties or areas in Europe, we offer our supplemental service of scouting, pre-selection and/or analysis about different properties, areas or towns. Only after a specific area or property is located we would refer you to the respective broker-partner. In case you need us to pre-scout locally, we also would pre-visit the properties and provide you with in-depth information and/or analyses. For these extra services we would charge a fee. Please ask us for a quote. After connecting you to the local European real estate agent we would support and advise you for free.
Our services will safe you a painstaking search for the right property, location and/or respectable agent, it will smooth out language difficulties, clear the path through the European real estate jungle and will provide you with an additional professional and independent support.
We are your professional, reliable partner who supports you with your real estate search throughout German speaking Europe and consults you independently.

Did you know, that in most states:
- the agent who lists a property is legally obligated to represent the interests of the seller only?
- you are entitled to work with your own real estate agent who solely represents your interests?
- without having a written contract with your buyers agent, your own interests are not represented?
- if you don't have a written contract with your buyers agent, the buyers agent is still legally obligated to represent the interests of the seller?
- a buyers agent does not receive his commission from the purchaser? (with few exceptions)
